What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Are your product formulas vegan, natural, etc?
Our chemists leverage science, expertise and nature to deliver the most potent formulations in the skin care and beauty industry. Comprised of the highest quality ingredients sourced from around the world, our clinical-grade formulas are safe and effective.

Our skin care products are paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free, talc-free, cruelty-free and vegan. Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients, however, are not certified all-natural or organic. 

Are your products safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?
None of the ingredients in our products have been banned to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We always recommend consulting with a physician before use.

Where are your products made?
All of our skincare products are made in the United States.

How can I track my order?
An email confirmation should have been sent out shortly after making your purchase. In that email will be a tracking number and link where you can view the updated tracking of your package.  If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.  
If you have any other questions regarding the status of your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email. 

How long will it take for me to receive my package? 
We always hope that domestic orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. If you live outside of the country, shipping length can vary. We truly appreciate your patience during this process. 

When will I receive my refund? 
We always recommend that you check your bank account to see if a refund has been initiated. Be sure to allow for 5-7 business days before expecting that reimbursement.  

How much does international shipping cost? 
Currently international shipping is $25 flat rate. Duties and taxes may vary by country.

Do you ship to my country? 
We are now shipping worldwide. 

What do I do if my product was broken in transit? 
Unfortunately, once packages leave our facility, they are no longer under our control as they are under the control of the shipping carrier.  If you experience this issue please contact customer service at hello@belleandcapri.com and we will work with you to make it right.

How often will I need to repurchase?
Our products typically last anywhere from 30-60 days depending on usage.
